You will not receive any physical items. Delivery is via a download link provided immediately after purchase on the order confirmation page, and via a follow-up email to the address used at checkout.

The current price for the ADHD Brain-Sync: AI Executive Suite is $67.00 USD (one-time payment). Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By completing a purchase, you authorize PayPal to charge the stated amount to your payment method. All prices are displayed in USD. International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the ADHD Brain-Sync: AI Executive Suite for any reason, email us at support@victoriasmart.co within 30 days of your purchase date with: • Your name • Your order confirmation or PayPal transaction ID • The email address used at checkout We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. No questions asked, no hoops. After 30 days from the purchase date, we are unable to issue refunds.

When you purchase the ADHD Brain-Sync: AI Executive Suite, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own business and personal productivity. You MAY: • Use all prompts, protocols, and guides for your own business • Adapt and modify the content for your personal workflows • Print or save the documents for your personal use You MAY NOT: • Share, resell, redistribute, or give away the files (in whole or in part) to any other person • Republish the content on any website, platform, or publication • Use the content to create competing products or derivative products for sale • Claim authorship of the content • Share your download link with others Violation of this license may result in legal action and/or permanent termination of your access.

All content in the ADHD Brain-Sync: AI Executive Suite — including but not limited to text, prompt frameworks, protocol structures, and design — is the intellectual property of Victoria Smart Assets and is protected by copyright law. The purchase of this product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer beyond the personal use license described in Section 5.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Victoria Smart Assets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this product, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the purchase or use of this product shall not exceed the amount you paid for it ($67.00 USD).

Digital products are delivered immediately upon confirmed payment via a download link on the order confirmation page. A follow-up email with access details is also sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account. Delivery emails may occasionally be delayed or caught by spam filters. If you do not receive your download link or confirmation email within 15 minutes of purchase, contact us at support@victoriasmart.co with your PayPal transaction ID and we will resolve it promptly. We reserve the right to discontinue products or change content at any time. Customers who have already purchased receive lifetime access to the version they purchased and any updates we release.

We periodically update the content in the ADHD Brain-Sync: AI Executive Suite. Customers who have purchased receive access to all future updates at no additional cost. Updates will be made available via email notification to the address used at checkout.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
